Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic plans for medical equipment planning, procurement, and maintenance to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify equipment needs and develop solutions to optimize patient care and operational efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of medical equipment inventory, including procurement, installation, and maintenance schedules.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for medical equipment management, including training and education for staff.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as Joint Commission and CMS standards, related to medical equipment planning and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical equipment planning, procurement, or maintenance, preferably in a hospital setting.
