Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to ensure accurate and timely results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory tests and procedures, including blood bank, phlebotomy, basic microbiology, hematology and coagulation, chemistry, urinalysis, and serology.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Process and analyze laboratory specimens, including blood, urine, and tissue samples.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth laboratory operations and to resolve any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a medical laboratory setting.
  • Proficiency in laboratory information systems and electronic medical records.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
