Job Summary:
The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This role involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to promote positive behavior changes and improve the overall quality of life for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct prehensive assessments to identify behavioral concerns and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design and implement evidence-based interventions to promote positive behavior change.
Monitor and analyze data on client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavior management strategies and techniques.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and healthcare providers, to ensure coordinated care.
Document all assessment results, treatment plans, and progress notes in pliance with regulatory standards.
Stay current with research and developments in the field of behavior analysis and apply best practices to client care.
Provide supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff as needed.
Conduct regular meetings with families to review progress and discuss any concerns or adjustments to the treatment plan.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those with autism.
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and intervention strategies.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Familiarity with data collection methods and behavior tracking software.
Ability to provide training and support to staff and families effectively.
