Position Summary

This role is ideal for a dependable and self-motivated individual with prior retail or sales experience. The successful candidate will thrive in a warehouse setting, and prior military experience is preferred. If you are proficient in Zoom Text and possess strong problem-solving abilities, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers in finding products.
  • Guide customers to the appropriate personnel for complex inquiries.
  • Package customer orders and assist with loading purchases.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone.
  • Process backorders and notify customers for pickup.
  • Rotate stock based on expiration dates.
  • Communicate uncertainties regarding work instructions to supervisors.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and adhere to safety standards.
  • Assist in unloading freight and receiving processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
  • Conduct inventory counts and restock shelves as needed.
  • Ensure shelf tags are accurate and in good condition.
  • Manage out-of-stock products and maintain product quality.
  • Report any damages to management.
  • Represent the company positively and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Capable of performing repetitive motions and standing for extended periods.
  • Experience using warehouse equipment and climbing ladders.
  • Familiarity with Zoom Text is essential.
  • Basic math skills and proficiency with office equipment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work assigned schedules.
