Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure they provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to our clients.
- Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing direct care and support.
- Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Minimum of six months of supervisory experience in a residential setting.
- Valid driver's license with less than six points.
- Medication Administration Certification, if applicable.
