Join our team as a Direct Support Manager and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our residential programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct care to our clients, scheduling, training, and supervising staff who do the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Direct Support Professionals to ensure they provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to our clients.
  • Provide training and coaching to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in providing direct care and support.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Minimum of six months of supervisory experience in a residential setting.
  • Valid driver's license with less than six points.
  • Medication Administration Certification, if applicable.
