Job Description

At Agentic Client Support Services LLC, we are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Respect individual rights and confidentiality, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Follow the Individual Service Plan, ensuring personalized care and support.
  • Utilize electronic software to complete documentation, streamlining communication and record-keeping.
  • Engage clients in fun activities in the community, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Maintain a clean and safe living environment, prioritizing health and well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and family members of individuals, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
  • Protect the health and safety of individuals and others, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Attend all paid training and team meetings, staying up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No experience necessary, but a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Valid Driver's License with five or fewer points.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification, provided by Agentic Client Support Services LLC.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
