Job Overview


As the Client Onboarding Program Manager at XperiencOps Inc, you will be tasked with ensuring the effective onboarding and integration of Fortune 500 clients into our platform.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to comprehend their specific requirements, particularly concerning enterprise systems (ITSM, HRIS, DCIM, etc.) integration and ITIL methodologies, guiding them through a seamless and efficient transition.

This position requires a proactive mindset, extensive technical expertise, and the capability to excel in a dynamic, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead comprehensive onboarding initiatives for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition onto our platform.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to establish onboarding procedures and best practices.

• Design and implement training programs to educate clients on our platform and enhance user adoption.

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any inquiries or concerns and providing exceptional customer support.

• Monitor and report on onboarding progress, identifying areas for enhancement and executing solutions to improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• At least 3 years of experience in program management, ideally within a SaaS or technology environment.

• Proven success in managing intricate onboarding projects and promoting customer success.

• Strong grasp of customer onboarding processes and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for building and maintaining robust client relationships.

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and juggle multiple projects concurrently.
