Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Clinical Decision Unit team in Wailuku, Hawaii.
Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and services in our Clinical Decision Unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering nursing care and services to patients and families, providing direction to licensed practical nurses and nursing assistive personnel, and delegating nursing care according to legal and regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities:- Provides nursing care and services to patients and families
- Provides direction to licensed practical nurses and nursing assistive personnel
- Delegates nursing care according to legal and regulatory guidelines
- Utilizes nursing process to deliver care
- Performs administrative and other duties as assigned
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, change management, decision making, detail oriented, customer service, influence, interpersonal relations, oral communication, prioritization, problem solving, quality management, results orientation, system thinking, teamwork, time management, and written communication competencies
- Experience working with electronic medical records
