Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service to all guests throughout their stay
  • Handle various administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting tasks as necessary
  • Perform front desk duties, including managing reservations and check-ins, coordinating housekeeping and service requests, addressing guest inquiries, and resolving any complaints
  • Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management and department heads
  • Audit and reconcile all financial transactions, including room charges, cash drawer activities, credit card transactions, and occupancy statistics
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in front desk operations, guest services, or as a night auditor is preferred but not mandatory
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college education is advantageous
