About the Role

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Waterpark Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our waterpark, providing exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage waterpark operations, including safety, maintenance, and guest services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Lead and develop a team of waterpark staff, providing coaching and training to ensure high performance and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in waterpark operations or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving guest satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
