We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to enhance our team at Pan Asia Resources. The technician will be responsible for managing and supporting the desktop infrastructure, which includes Windows 10, Windows 11, iOS devices, and other systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**
The ideal candidate will possess experience in supporting and implementing a variety of technologies, including:
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 and Windows 11
  • Active Directory user account management
  • Desktop engineering, application packaging, and deployment using SCCM
  • Expertise in Dell desktop and laptop hardware
  • Familiarity with iOS mobile devices integrated with Mobile Iron or other MDM solutions
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Support for desktop applications
  • Assistance with AV equipment and conference room setups
The role involves managing the desktop and mobile platforms, executing move/add/change requests in Active Directory, and collaborating with team members and other departments on project-based tasks. The ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively is essential, along with a strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills.

**Attention to Detail:**
Given the highly regulated nature of our environment, meticulous documentation of tickets and actions is critical. The technician will work closely with various infrastructure, security, and business teams, requiring both teamwork and the capability to handle individual responsibilities.

This position primarily operates in a hybrid model, allowing for a blend of onsite and remote work. Occasional travel to other locations may be necessary.
