The Role:

Lead and support the development and execution of product strategy projects within Lear's E-Systems business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of product-focused strategic initiatives to enhance business growth and optimize profitability.
  • Conduct analysis of market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to identify product opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate product strategies, development priorities, and technical requirements.
  • Present results and advise senior management on product-related decisions, leveraging presentation material and data-driven recommendations.
  • Create strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to understand their functional positions and align initiatives.
Requirements:

6+ years of experience in automotive, consulting, or related field.

Familiarity with automotive business practices, development cycles, and related concepts.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make presentations to all levels of management and executives.

Proven experience in strategic consulting, preferably in a management consulting firm or a similar internal strategy role.

High proficiency in Power Point and Excel.

Business acumen, people skills, leadership, and creative thinking.

Confidence to take new and bold recommendations forward.

Bonus If You Have:

Master's in Business Administration or similar field.

Experience in Electronics, Electrical Distribution Systems, or related products.

Management Consulting experience.
