Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the complete accounts receivable cycle, which includes invoicing, billing, and collection efforts.
  2. Perform thorough analysis of invoices and promptly address any discrepancies or disputes.
  3. Collaborate with major enterprise vendors.
  4. Employ advanced Excel capabilities, such as Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups, to evaluate aging reports and other financial metrics.
  5. Exhibit strong analytical skills when assessing aging reports and effective communication skills when liaising with vendors.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar roles.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with demonstrated expertise in functions like Pivot Tables, Formulas, and V Look-Ups.
  3. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, capable of delving into financial data.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for vendor interactions and dispute resolution.
  5. Ability to work autonomously and effectively prioritize multiple tasks.

This opportunity is a contract-to-hire position and requires full onsite presence.
