Role Overview
The Construction Manager oversees all aspects of the construction site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality residential properties. This role involves supervising the entire construction process from initial groundwork to final inspections, all while optimizing profitability and adhering to the Trumark operational framework.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Trumark personnel and subcontractors in the construction and finalization of superior residential homes, with a strong focus on executing the Trumark operational model.
- Educate and guide subcontractors on company protocols and regulations, including safety standards and compliance with OSHA.
- Authorize subcontractor purchase orders and invoices for designated properties, ensuring timely and quality completion of work.
- Collaborate with various departments such as Architecture, Engineering, Studio, Purchasing, and Sales to incorporate their feedback and meet deadlines for efficient construction.

Client Engagement
- Conduct Pre-Construction and Pre-Drywall orientations with clients to maintain communication throughout the building process.
- Actively participate in Community Teams, taking responsibility for construction-related matters and issues.
- Work closely with the sales team and Customer Care, emphasizing teamwork and client satisfaction.

Safety and Quality Assurance
- Uphold a secure work environment by implementing effective housekeeping practices and safety regulations, promoting safe work habits, and complying with OSHA and local regulations.
- Facilitate weekly safety meetings with fellow managers, staff, and subcontractors.
- Ensure that Quality Checkpoints are met and provide daily updates on the construction status of each unit.

External Relations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including subcontractors, municipalities, and building officials.
- Oversee the inspection process for assigned properties, interacting with various inspectors involved in the homebuilding journey.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Action-oriented with a strong drive to complete projects successfully.
- Ability to make swift and informed decisions based on data and metrics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Build Pro, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work a full-time schedule with flexibility for overtime as needed.
- Availability for the "On-Call" program to address emergencies or issues outside of regular hours.
- Local travel may be required within the designated area.
