Job Summary

The Beverage Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests. This role requires a personable and professional individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent service to guests, ensuring their beverage needs are met with a smile.
  • Follow established procedures for serving beverages, including state and federal regulations.
  • Develop knowledge of various beer, wine, and spirits, and suggestively upsell products to guests.
  • Pour drinks responsibly, adhering to company standards for serving size.
  • Verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages and communicate cut-off times as required.
  • Listen and respond to customer requests and concerns, de-escalating intoxicated guest situations when necessary.
  • Handle cash accurately, maintaining a clean and sanitary work station at all times.
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of bar equipment, and maintain a clean and organized cooler.
Requirements
  • At least six months of experience in bartending.
  • Accurate cash handling skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and long hours.
