Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team at PGP Glass USA, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers, and driving growth in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive growth in the pharma segment, leveraging market research and customer insights to inform decision-making.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor analysis to develop targeted sales and marketing strategies.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharma segment, including prospecting, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Product Positioning and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling product positioning and messaging, and execute promotional campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management on sales forecasts, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Sales Training and Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insights to enhance their knowledge and skills.
  • Strategy Development: Analyze and develop a strategy for the pharma market, identifying areas of opportunity and potential challenges.
  • Alternate Product Recommendations: Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability, or specifications to meet customer needs.
  • Monthly Reporting: Provide monthly reports consisting of account sales summaries, aged inventory, sales projections, account receivables, and other pertinent sales information.
  • Tech Knowledge and Customer Interactions: Take a keen interest in learning the technical aspects of glass manufacturing and decoration, and demonstrate a willingness to engage with customers and understand their business needs.
