Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers and patients by providing exceptional service and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Operations: Assist in the dispensing of prescribed medications, perform compounding, and review and verify prescriptions.
  • People & Performance Management: Assist in staff hiring and training, and promote teamwork and motivation among team members.
  • Training & Personal Development: Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare, and pursue certifications and education credits as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited University outside the United States.
  • Foreign Pharmacist Graduate Equivalency Certificate (FPGEC).
  • Intern permit/certificate issued by the respective Board of Pharmacy, if required.
  • Willingness to obtain pharmacist licensure from the respective Board of Pharmacy in the states within the district within 45 days of completion of intern hours.
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire.
