Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert clinical care and guidance to patients and nursing staff, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and coordinating care across the healthcare team.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care plans, leveraging your expertise in clinical nursing to drive improved healthcare outcomes.
  • Educate and mentor nursing staff on best practices, clinical procedures, and new treatments, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research, and data analysis to drive innovation and enhance patient care.
  • Act as a resource and consultant for nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers, offering expert guidance and support on complex cases.
  • Advocate for patients and families, ensuring they receive comprehensive care and support throughout their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a focus on a clinical specialty.
  • Valid state RN license and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS).
  • Previous experience in a clinical nursing role, with a focus on the specialty area preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based patient care while maintaining confidentiality.
