Position Summary:
The Senior Finance Manager - Risk will serve as a pivotal financial partner within the Risk division. This role encompasses the leadership of financial planning and analysis initiatives, collaborating with various business units to develop business cases, prioritize resource allocation, manage expenditures, and deliver comprehensive analytical support to aid decision-making for business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Financial Planning:
    Establish a trusted partnership with all business units and senior management, collaborating with global teams on budgeting and forecasting, while providing insights on resource allocation.
  • Business Analysis:
    Generate and present strategic insights regarding market trends and key industry dynamics, while developing revenue and expense plans aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Financial Oversight:
    Prepare and analyze the annual business plan, conduct diagnostics, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Risk division.
  • Reporting and Automation:
    Design and maintain automated reporting models utilizing advanced reporting tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5 years with an advanced degree, or 2 years with a PhD. Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex financial landscapes are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively engage with diverse audiences.

Work Environment:
This position supports a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility between remote and office work, with expectations to be in the office a set number of days each week based on business needs.
