- Act as a pivotal voice in further developing the Gunner brand through art direction, graphic design, digital content, video production, social media design, and user experience.

- Engage with leadership to gain support and effectively communicate our creative vision in a manner that motivates and aligns internal teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in design, creative leadership, and brand strategy.
- 4+ years of experience leading digitally focused creative teams through strategic initiatives and execution.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work and proficiency across multiple channels.
- A blend of hands-on creativity and leadership capabilities.
- Experience in managing production teams and delivering projects within budget and timelines.
- Knowledge of digital content production and video, including post-production editing and retouching.
- Extensive experience in mobile and web design, with a solid understanding of user experience and front-end design principles.
- Proven track record in managing and nurturing a high-performing creative team.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Commercially aware, receptive to feedback from all stakeholders, and capable of integrating insights into creative outputs.
- A passion for home improvement, construction, and technology.
