  • Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality, driving continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Safety and Risk Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, conduct regular safety training, and promptly investigate and report any incidents, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Human Resources Management: Address work-related issues, oversee personnel actions, and provide coaching and corrective guidance to team members.
  • Training and Development: Train new employees and cross-train associates to ensure continuous production flow and knowledge sharing.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain production records, approve essential overtime, and manage overtime levels effectively, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Handle additional duties and projects as delegated by management, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications.
  • Analytical and Interpersonal Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to utilize metrics for enhancing production efficiency, as well as effective interpersonal skills, embracing cultural diversity, and fostering productive relationships.
  • Quality and Customer Focus: Devotion to product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Certifications: Certified to operate a fork-lift.
