Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Cambridge Real Estate Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure the condition and appearance of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers in a timely and professional manner
  • Respond to ongoing maintenance requests within the 24-hour response guidelines
  • Participate in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basis
  • Perform interior and exterior common area upkeep, including litter patrol and pressure washing
  • Participate in company-sponsored training seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of three years of maintenance experience
  • Property management maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
  • Ability to complete reports and provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
