Key Responsibilities- Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to ongoing maintenance requests within the 24-hour response guidelines
- Participate in after-hours on-call service on a rotating basis
- Perform interior and exterior common area upkeep, including litter patrol and pressure washing
- Participate in company-sponsored training seminars to enhance your skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of maintenance experience
- Property management maintenance experience preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
- Ability to complete reports and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
