About the Position
  • Conduct thorough interviews with patients and families to obtain accurate demographic and financial information.
  • Enter data into our system for efficient registration, billing, and patient tracking processes.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations as required.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients and department staff, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in patient registration or a related field (preferably with a clinical discipline).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to type 45 words per minute and pass the Basic Windows Skill Assessment at 80% or higher rating.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
