At Able Autism Therapy Services LLC, we are committed to providing exceptional care and support to individuals with autism and their families. As a Clinical Autism Specialist - Program Development, you will play a critical role in overseeing a caseload of patients and developing programs to meet their unique needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Conduct behavioral and skills assessments as required by funding sources, and develop behavior intervention plans and individual treatment plans/programming.
  • Training and Supervision: Provide training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), RBT Fellows, and Trainers, ensuring they meet the requirements of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Family Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients' families and caregivers, collaborating on development of individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our team, working closely with our leadership to advance our mission and goals.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required, along with certification and maintenance of credentialing with the BACB as a BCBA in good standing.
  • Holds necessary payor credentialing requirements, such as NPI# and CAQH, in the State of Georgia.
  • Meets BACB supervision requirements and has experience performing or assisting in BCBA responsibilities, including conducting skills assessments, functional behavior assessments, program writing, data analysis, and creating behavior intervention plans.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
