About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to oversee Medical Services at our Tewksbury Conexiones facility. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for implementing doctor's orders, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining medical records. You will also observe patients, provide accurate documentation of treatment progress, and coordinate with Case Managers to ensure seamless care.
Key Responsibilities- Complete Nursing Assessments, COWS, and CIWA Assessments upon admission
- Monitor and record vital signs as needed
- Implement doctor's orders and maintain medical records
- Observe patients and provide accurate documentation of treatment progress
- Coordinate with Case Managers to ensure seamless care
- Massachusetts Licensed Registered Nurse
- 2 years of experience in nursing, with 1 year of experience in medication monitoring
- Experience with EHR systems
- Knowledge of best practices associated with the American Society of Addiction Medicine
- Knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment for substance use disorders
