Gecko Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team in Tewksbury, MA. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving sales growth.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
• Lead and manage a team of front-of-house staff, including recruitment, training, and development
• Collaborate with the Proprietor to achieve business objectives and make informed decisions
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency
• Implement and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness

• Proven experience in a restaurant management role, with a strong track record of success
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
