Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Representative to join our team at SomethingInked. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and goals, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Account Management: Manage existing client relationships, ensuring timely and effective communication, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Business Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to expand our services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
