About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controlling Business Partner to join our team at Eclipse Innovations. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in establishing finance as a strategic control function and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong finance networks at the location and within the company.
  • Bring a finance mindset to further establish finance as a strategic control function.
  • Lead all relevant planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Take ownership of product supply (PS) controlling, focusing on costs, FTE, volume, and consolidation of planning data at the location.
  • Analyze cost development and develop countermeasures for plan deviations.
  • Responsible for product costing, particularly capacities, recipes, and tariffs, and contribute to strategies to reduce production costs.
  • Prepare financial analyses, presentations, and decision-making bases for location management.
  • Develop opportunity and risk scenarios to support location management.

Requirements:

  • Completed university degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or a similar qualification.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in plant controlling.
  • Trustworthiness in handling sensitive company data, confident demeanor, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strategic foresight with an agile working style.
