Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Account Manager to join our Personal Lines team at Marsh McLennan. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Communication Log daily, creating transmittal letters and other correspondence as necessary, and gathering and compiling insurance documentation from clients into the agency management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the Communication Log daily.
  • Create transmittal letters and other correspondence as necessary.
  • Gather and compile insurance documentation from clients into the agency management system.
  • Review and maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients.
  • Generate Motor Vehicle Reports (MVR), C.L.U.E. (Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange) reports, and property reports.
  • Draft proposal templates.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required).
  • Active California Department of Insurance License preferred.
  • 1 year of experience preferred.
  • Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones.
  • Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $35,360 to $67,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
