Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our team at Top Choice Nursing, a leading healthcare staffing agency.

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and prioritize care accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN licensure in good standing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • Two current professional references.
  • Current physical examination within the past 12 months.
  • Current PPD test within the past 12 months.
  • Ability to pass a background screening and urine drug testing.
