CATCH, Inc. - Licensed Practical Nurse for Residential Care

CATCH, Inc., a prominent provider in the field of behavioral health, is on the lookout for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will deliver essential medical and psychological assistance to adults facing serious mental health challenges within a supportive residential environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor vital signs and evaluate clients' medical and psychological conditions
  • Document physician directives and ensure precise medication management
  • Organize medical appointments and facilitate transportation for clients
  • Establish and oversee medical objectives as part of comprehensive treatment strategies
  • Facilitate nursing groups and engage in therapeutic sessions
  • Serve as a communication bridge between clients' healthcare providers and our team
  • Provide education on hygiene, medication management, first aid, and nutrition
  • Perform additional tasks as required
Required Qualifications:

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania

Experience in supporting adults with chronic mental health conditions

Ability to work collaboratively, manage stress effectively, and uphold ethical standards

Excellent communication skills with a focus on client service

Work Environment:

This role is situated within a residential care setting.

Work Schedule:

Part-time shifts available, typically Monday through Friday, during daytime hours.

Physical Requirements:

Must be capable of climbing stairs, standing or sitting for extended periods, and lifting heavy items.

Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform passive restraint techniques in emergency situations.

Background Checks:

Clearances for PA criminal history, FBI, and Child Abuse are mandatory.
