Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect who will be at the forefront of design and project management efforts. This role will work across various typologies and project scales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead design efforts on various projects, ensuring innovative and sustainable design solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project concepts, programming, space planning, and technical documentation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive design innovation.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field.
  • Experience working across a variety of typologies.
  • Possess an innovative style and an interest in sustainability issues and research and development.
  • Experience at all stages of design, including conceptual design, programming, space planning, technical documentation, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications
