As an Architectural Project Leader at VLMK:
- You will collaborate with a dedicated team where your input will be greatly appreciated.
- Your responsibilities will include creating effective building designs and presentation materials.
- You will assist in coordinating the efforts of a multi-disciplinary design team, collaborating with other designers and engineers to produce plan documents for a variety of light industrial buildings, developments, and tenant improvements to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Your design focus will likely encompass producing renderings, space plans, and conducting code and envelope reviews and detailing.
- With proven capabilities, you will have the chance to engage directly with clients and take on additional project management duties.
- You will be part of a team that enjoys activities such as food cart Fridays, ski trips, chili cook-offs, running groups, golf tournaments, and more.
- A positive attitude, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree, with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in preparing building construction documents and team coordination.
- Ability to prioritize and successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD.
- Architectural degree and licensure.
- Experience with additional 3D modeling and rendering software (SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, etc.).
- Working knowledge of building code regulations.
- A friendly and sociable demeanor.
