Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedules, and resources to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and maintain site safety and security procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Project Delivery Manager and Regional Team to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry, with a focus on HVAC, Controls/BAS, Lighting, and Renewable Energy systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems, with a strong understanding of MS Office, Adobe/Nitro, Teams, and Windows environments.
  • LEED certification or PMP Certification is a plus.
