Job Overview

We are looking for a Construction Project Supervisor to manage a significant grocery store renovation project. This role involves comprehensive planning, scheduling, oversight of subcontractors, and execution of project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct all phases of the construction project from initial planning through to final execution.
  • Ensure safety protocols are upheld for all contractors, client staff, and the general public in proximity to construction zones.
  • Distribute resources effectively for designated projects.
  • Oversee onsite teams and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials.
  • Uphold exceptional workmanship that aligns with original plans and specifications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in construction management or related fields.
  • Proficient in construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, and Plan Grid.
  • Exemplary leadership capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • A degree in Construction Management is preferred.

Compensation will be commensurate with experience and includes a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation time, and holidays). A vehicle allowance is also part of the compensation.

Available supervisory roles include: Day Superintendent, Night Superintendent, Quality Assurance/Project Engineer, and Receiving Superintendent/Coordinator.
