This is a senior-level position for a Project Manager to lead multiple luxury residential builds throughout Cape Cod, MA.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning and execution for high-end residential builds.
  • Coordinate communication between architects, contractors, and clients.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
  • Address challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging innovation.
  • Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality and progress.
  • Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish.
  • Background in Residential/Custom homes.
  • A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering, or related.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills.
