Job Overview

Kind Senior Care Maine is seeking a highly organized and compassionate Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our caregivers and clients, ensuring the highest level of care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate client and caregiver schedules to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage daily office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, from phone screens to reference checks, to identify top talent.
  • Update and maintain caregiver and client documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Provide 1v1 caregiving services and build meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Occasionally step in for weekend and evening on-call duties to ensure client support.
Requirements
  • High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) certification required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Passion for helping seniors live independently.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to pass a Driving Record and Background check.
  • Part time to start.

$20-22 per hour + On-Call Compensation
