Job Title: Head of Delivery

Johnson Controls International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our HVAC Complex Security and Fire installation and service businesses in their market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project management, setup of local project offices, project scope definition, risk identification, project methodology, prioritization, and facilitation.
  • Maintain control of schedule, cost, safety, quality, and customer expectations/satisfaction.
  • Presents to management and/or customers on project updates, project cycle, and encouraged results.
  • Report to management PSA, revenue, and Margin forecasts and updates.
  • Manage vendor relationships throughout the installation.
  • Ensure projects are closed on time and in scope.
  • Responsible for all HR aspects on direct reports, including timesheets, expenses, training, yearly reviews, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or associate degree or equivalent work experience of at least five years.
  • CSPM (Certified Security Project Manager) certification preferred or ability to acquire certification within 6 months of employment.
  • PMI PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification preferred or ability to acquire certification within 12-24 months of employment.
  • 5 years Project Management - security industry or new construction experience preferred.
  • Travel 20% or as needed.
