Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise dining staff to ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
  • Train staff on Legend's Gold Leaf Dining standards, including setup, stock, and cleanliness of the dining room.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and staff to ensure their needs are met.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

  • One year of prior experience in a food service or related hospitality field.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Prior experience supervising dining room or restaurant staff is preferred.
