Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team at Travelers Indemnity Co. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in coordinating all aspects of the Emerging Talent Program, working closely with the Data Science Leadership Development Program (DSLDP) Lead.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the DSLDP Program Lead to develop and execute recruitment and program strategies and policies.
- Screen potential candidates for the program and serve as the liaison with college relations on program issues and recruiting plans.
- Ensure the implementation of effective systems to attract, select, reward, train, and motivate participants.
- Review proposed rotational assignments with managers to determine their suitability for the Emerging Talent Programs.
- Coordinate the planning and communication of the rotation process to managers and participants.
- Provide coaching and development support to program participants throughout their program experience, including HR management components such as talent calibration, performance management, and compensation.
- Meet with managers to review participant performance reviews, ensuring consistency of approach and coaching managers on plans to address any shortcomings and develop needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4-5 years of experience with developmental programs.
- People leadership experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and accurate.
- Well-organized.
