Global Channel Management is seeking a skilled Training Program Manager to lead the development and execution of successful training programs.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of supervisory experience and a proven track record in designing and executing training programs, as well as experience with learning management systems and related training evaluation tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present training reports to the operations team
  • Support and maintain the development/implementation of the Learning Management Tool
  • Ensure timely, consistent employee performance reviews
  • Monitor and measure team performance on a daily basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 3-6 years of supervisory experience
  • Proven track record in designing and executing successful training programs and curriculum development
  • Experience with learning management systems and related training evaluation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing operational environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in public sector healthcare, Medicaid, and/or CHIP
