The Mobile Solutions Consultant engages with customers by utilizing effective sales techniques to craft connected solutions while balancing speed and quality service. You will promote a diverse array of mobile products and services using a systematic approach while simultaneously deepening your understanding of the latest mobile innovations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve sales targets by marketing our products and services to both new and existing clients.
  • Effectively showcase products and services while nurturing relationships with prospective customers.
  • Manage all administrative duties related to sales, including but not limited to: completing customer agreements and warranties, retrieving products from stock, processing customer payments, and organizing completed orders.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, accessories, pricing structures, promotions, and service features through ongoing education and self-improvement.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape by staying updated on market offerings and providing feedback to the Sales Manager regarding local competition and product/service requirements.
