Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Technic APL HMI to efficiently execute jobs according to job order specifications.
  • Oversee the plating line to promptly address and rectify any errors.
  • Update and manage the plating schedule effectively.
  • Conduct maintenance on barrels and associated equipment.
  • Perform routine cleaning and assist in the racking area, as well as cover the end of the line when required.
Core Duties:
  • Ensure consistent production throughput.
  • Monitor the plating line and associated jobs.
  • Verify the accuracy of plating profiles.
  • Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues with the plating lines.
Qualifications:

Essential Skills:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for technical tasks.
  • Familiarity with plating processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Windows 10.
  • Completion of annual DOT HAZMAT and RCRA HAZWASTE training.
