Key Responsibilities:- Operate Technic APL HMI to efficiently execute jobs according to job order specifications.
- Oversee the plating line to promptly address and rectify any errors.
- Update and manage the plating schedule effectively.
- Conduct maintenance on barrels and associated equipment.
- Perform routine cleaning and assist in the racking area, as well as cover the end of the line when required.
- Ensure consistent production throughput.
- Monitor the plating line and associated jobs.
- Verify the accuracy of plating profiles.
- Respond to alarms and troubleshoot issues with the plating lines.
Essential Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong aptitude for technical tasks.
- Familiarity with plating processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Windows 10.
- Completion of annual DOT HAZMAT and RCRA HAZWASTE training.
