Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement processes to ensure timely collection of payroll information
- Audit and maintain personal, employment, payroll, and time & attendance databases
- Process multi-jurisdiction, multi-cycle payrolls and facilitate payroll/benefits funding
- Ensure payroll practices comply with company policies and legal standards
- Handle employee inquiries and correct payments
- Analyze and report expense analytics to management
- Prepare tax documents and process amendments as necessary
- Supply payroll records for internal/external stakeholders as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, Accounting, preferred
- At minimum 4 years of corporate payroll processing experience
- Extensive knowledge of multi-state payroll laws, corporate payroll functions, workforce analytics, and best practices
- Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business and team member information
- Must have exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel) and payroll software (ADP WFN preferred)
