Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items for display areas in accordance with production guidelines.
  • Follow recipes meticulously to ensure consistent quality.
  • Label, date, cover, and monitor all prepared items for freshness and quality.
  • Regularly check food levels and replenish items promptly.
  • Arrive at the workstation on time, well-groomed, and ready to perform assigned duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer needs effectively and utilizing suggestive selling techniques.
  • Maximize sales through proper food preparation, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Comply with established procedures regarding weights, measures, health, and sanitation.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, ensuring all equipment meets safety standards.
  • Perform opening, mid, and closing tasks as required, ensuring accurate signage and pricing.
  • Report any safety hazards or violations immediately.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned by leadership.

Physical Requirements

  • Perform motions such as bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
  • Exposure to approved cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
