Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to take charge of managing cases from inception to resolution. This permanent role is ideal for individuals passionate about law, with a keen attention to detail and a talent for navigating complex litigation. You will work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and partners to provide exceptional legal representation.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active bar admission in good standing.
- 1-5 years of relevant litigation experience in personal injury.
- Strong skills in drafting and responding to legal motions and documents.
- Familiarity with court protocols and procedures.
- Proven ability to manage complex litigation effectively.
- Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
