- Assist with direct membership inquiries, sales, and scheduling members for ancillary services
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
- Basic computer skills
- Strong customer service focus
- Six (6) months customer service experience in health club, retail hospitality, or other service industry
