Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling travel, and completing a broad range of administrative tasks.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implement changes as needed.
  • Assist with compiling data, preparing reports, and editing presentations to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level administrative support role.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • US citizenship required.
