Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling travel, and completing a broad range of administrative tasks.
- Screen calls, respond to emails, and maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Support the development of sales presentations, quotes, and other business materials.
- Facilitate meetings, take notes, and monitor action items to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain office operations, procedures, and services to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures, and implement changes as needed.
- Assist with compiling data, preparing reports, and editing presentations to support business decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level administrative support role.
- Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
- US citizenship required.
