Job Overview

As a Disaster Recovery Specialist with Paul Davis Restoration of North/South Austin, you will play a critical role in leading our team of experts in providing top-notch disaster recovery services to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the performance of our teams in various areas, including tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention during their time of need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of experts in disaster recovery services, ensuring that they are equipped to handle various situations effectively.
  • Focus on providing excellent customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and attention.
  • Assist other team members when needed, fostering a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Represent our brand effectively, ensuring that our clients receive a world-class experience.
  • Ensure that your teams are ready to handle the day's tasks through a morning team huddle.
  • Meet with clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinions.
  • Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  • Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns, resolving them in an effective and timely manner.
  • Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as necessary.
Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
