Manufacturing Engineering Technician

FormFactor is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and maintaining complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities- Test and qualify microscopic testing products using electro-mechanical testing equipment
- Repair and maintain complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems
- Collect, organize, and evaluate data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Participate in process improvements to increase output and improve yield
- Train and certify production operators on production assembly and test processes
- Execute small scope projects, including tool replacement, process improvement, and area improvement projects
- Trade School, Associates degree, Military training or equivalent in Electronics, Microelectronics, Electromechanical systems, Engineering, Factory Production, or related subject
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing or testing environment
- Strong knowledge of electronics and component testing, including circuit diagram analysis, voltage, current, and resistance calculations
- Strong knowledge of mechanical assembly troubleshooting and repair, including linear drive, ball screw, switch assembly diagnosis and repair techniques
- Demonstrated flexibility in balancing changing priorities in a manual process environment
- Demonstrated ability to train others in process methodologies and techniques
